HR Manager with strong recruiting and public relations background

Akvelon Ukraine is seeking an HR Manager with strong recruiting and public relations background to join our team based in Kharkiv.

Qualifications:
• General HR management experience in IT industry 2+ years
• Successful software engineering personnel recruiting background is the must
• Public relations background is preferred
• Excellent organizational, presentation, written and oral communications skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects, tasks and competing deadlines
• Being a team-player along able to work independently and take initiative, energetic, self-starter, motivator
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Perform direct applicant search and network through a variety of industry contacts, social networks, association memberships, industry groups and employees
• Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives
• Perform HRM administrative duties and recordkeeping
